The AdvanceConnect account allows an incarcerated individual to call your registered number and any other authorized number you add to the account. To fund the AdvanceConnect account you must first register your phone number to receive a pass code you will use to fund the AdvanceConnect account.
You can register your phone number by calling (877) 800-5729. A Correctional Billing Service agent will register your number and provide you with your pass code.
