If your incarcerated individual has received a Unity tablet you will need to start using Securus to continue to email them. Email is called eMessaging on the Securus website and apps.
You will receive an email on the address associated with your JPay account when it’s time to take action.
Your JPay stamp balance and message history will be transferred once you link your accounts.
To link your account go to https://securustech.online/#/jpay and enter your JPay username and password and follow the directions.
