You can help an incarcerated individual make phone calls by making a deposit into either an AdvanceConnect prepaid calling account or their Securus Debit account where at facilities where calling services are offered. Friends and Family AdvanceConnect
When you fund an AdvanceConnect account you are allowing them to call you and only you and any additional numbers you place on the authorized calling list. Charges are deducted from your prepaid AdvanceConnect balance. You must be on their approved caller list. To learn more about AdvanceConnect click here
Incarcerated Individual Phone Account
When you add funds to the incarcerated individual’s Securus Debit account they can make calls to anyone on their approved caller list.
