Like most companies, from time to time we update our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) to reflect changes in our operations or products and services and the circumstances in which we deliver them.. For example, in a recent update, we combined Securus and JPay T&Cs for like services, such as email/eMessaging and JPay and Securus Video Connect, because we noticed that many of our family and friend customers use both JPay and Securus websites and apps (these T&Cs referring to JPay payment services will remain available separately). We also now provide a full Spanish translation of the updated T&Cs.
Anytime we make a notable update to our T&Cs, our websites and apps will automatically prompt you to review and accept the new version. You must accept the updated T&Cs before you can continue using our websites and apps to send money to your incarcerated loved one or to purchase JPay’s to send money to your incarcerated loved one or to purchase JPay’s products and services.
